Verifying your account is a simple procedure. Just click the button on the upper right side of the page beside your display name and avatar. Expand “Profile” and click “My Verifications” and then follow the on-screen instructions. You may also go to the "Redeem" section found under "Get Coins" and you will be directed to the Verification process.
To successfully verify your Clubs account, we'll need to confirm both your identity and residential address.
In some instances, you'll be directed to a page where you can upload your Photo ID through our trusted verification partner, Socure, which is a hyper-accurate, instantaneous document and biometric verification software that delivers identity confirmation with a 2-second response time.
Once you've successfully uploaded your Photo ID, our Support team will proceed to review your account. You will also receive an email notification detailing the status of the verification process.
If further documentation is required to complete the process, we'll communicate this to you accordingly.
Should you encounter any difficulties during the verification process, please reach out to our Customer Support Team by submitting a request (select "Default Ticket Form" from the drop-down menu).
